Clients can self refer through the website or agencies can refer clients  also through the website, email or contact number leaving a message

Appointments are an hour long and can be offered by telephone, video appointments via Whatsapp, Zoom and Microsoft Office, hours are as follows:

• Mondays 10 am to 4 pm: face to face appointments 
• Tuesdays 10am to 4pm: telephone and online appointments
• Wednesdays 1pm to 4pm: telephone and online appointments
• Thursdays 10am to 4pm: telephone and online appointments
